Catchy Comedy Celebrates 50 Years Of ‘Happy Days’

Weigel’s Catchy Comedy diginet celebrates 50 years of the sitcom Happy Days with a weekend binge featuring 86 back-to-back episodes of the series, airing from Saturday, Jan. 13 at 11 a.m. ET through Monday, Jan. 15 at 6 a.m. The series then joins the regular Catchy Comedy lineup weekday afternoons Monday-Friday at 2:30 p.m. ET, beginning Monday, Jan. 15.

Set in the 1950s and early 1960s in Milwaukee, Happy Days centered on the Cunningham family, oldest son Richie (Ron Howard), and his close circle of friends including one of the most iconic and coolest sitcom characters of all time, Arthur “Fonzie” Fonzarelli (Henry Winkler). Created by Garry Marshall, Happy Days debuted on ABC on Jan. 15, 1974, and ran for 11 seasons.
