EVS Lands Broadcast Services Contract With HBS AG Ahead Of FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022

EVS, a provider of live video technology for broadcast and new media productions, has signed a major contract with HBS AG in relation to the FIFA World Cup that will be held in Qatar from Nov. 21 to Dec. 18, 2022.

As a result, and in accordance with the signed contract, EVS will deliver a turnkey solution consisting of all broadcast equipment and services required to provide live replay facilities for all the venues, including the International Broadcast Center (IBC).

The broadcast equipment to be supplied by EVS includes the live production and replay solution LiveCeption as well as its live production asset management solution MediaCeption.
