Biz TV Adds Affils In Los Angeles, Dallas, Houston

Biz TV, a national multicast network developed for small business and entrepreneurs announced a major expansion into the country’s top television markets with the addition of Los Angeles, Dallas and Houston, now reaching nearly16 million viewers across the nation.

Biz TV offers original content specifically for and about small business. “This kind of programming matters more than ever when you consider how important small business is to our nation’s economy,” said Pete D’Acosta, president-CEO of Biz TV. “Small business generated 64% of all new jobs over the last decade. There are more than 30 million small businesses in the United States right now, more than 15 million home-based companies and the numbers are growing.”

Biz TV can now be found in Los Angeles on KAZA, ch. 47.3; in Dallas-Fort Worth on KAZD, ch. 55.3; and in Houston on KYAZ, ch. 51.3. Biz TV is also on the air in Atlanta on WANN; Wichita, Kan., KGPT-LP; KTMW-LP Salt Lake City; and KLPD-LP Denver. All the low-power affiliates, Biz TV said, have full market coverage. Other markets are soon to follow, the company said, adding that it is also in carriage discussions with cable systems, satellite TV and IPTV companies as well.

Biz TV features original programming such as The Motivators, hosted by inspirational speaker, Victor Ornelas; The Ray Lucia Show, hosted by financial strategist Ray Lucia; and The Big Biz Show with winning radio personalities Bob Sully Sullivan and Russ T Nailz.

KAZA Los Angeles is RF 47.3, but shows up OTA as (virtual) 54.3.
