“We are very excited about launching our new 4 p.m. newscast,” said KCRA  News Director Lori Waldon. “Just as we did when we expanded our 10 p.m. news, we are adding sizeable resources to our 4 p.m. newscast. Viewers can expect strong, aggressive reporting on the ground and also in the sky with Livecopter 3.”

I’m surprised it took this long to start a 4pm time period with their news. Must have had a long term syndication deal at 4pm in place
