Kristen Nicole Joins WFLD Chicago News
Kristen Nicole joins Fox-owned WFLD Chicago (DMA 3) as Good Day Chicago weekend anchor. Effective March 28, she will solo anchor the program, which debuted on Jan. 30.
Most recently, Nicole was anchor and reporter for WLEX Lexington, Ky. She previously was weekend anchor and general assignment reporter for the station.
Since 2014, Nicole has also held the role of spokeswoman for Bluegrass Crime Stoppers in Lexington. She began her career in broadcasting as a general assignment reporter for WISE Fort Wayne, Ind.
A graduate of DePauw University, Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications.
