KSAZ Adds Kristy Siefkin To Weather Staff

Kristy Siefkin has joined Fox O&O KSAZ Phoenix (DMA 13) as weather anchor for the 5, 9 and 10 p.m. weekend newscasts. Her first day on air will be Saturday, Jan. 7, 2012.

Most recently, Siefkin was a reporter and weather anchor at KPIX San Francisco. Prior to that, she was a weather anchor and fill-in traffic reporter at KRON San Francisco, a position she held for a year and a half. Siefkin began her career as a production intern at KVIE Sacramento, Calif.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Duke University and master’s degree in multimedia communications from the Academy of Art University.
