KTBC Ups Lauren Petrowski To Weekend Anchor
Fox O&O KTBC Austin, Texas (DMA 45), has promoted Lauren Petrowski to weekend evening news anchor. She has been a general assignment reporter for Fox 7 News for the past six years.
Effective this weekend, Petrowski will join the weekend team of meteorologist Scott Prinsen and sports anchor John Hygh.
Previously, Petrowski was a reporter and anchor at KZTV Corpus Christi, Texas, and began her career at KTBC as an intern.
A graduate of the University of Texas, Petrowski holds a bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism.
