Kylie Dixon Joins WBRZ Baton Rouge News Team

ABC affiliate WBRZ Baton Rouge, La. (DMA 93), has added Kylie Dixon to the 2une In team of John Pastorek, Josh Eachus and Rebecca Buchanan. Dixon will make her first appearance on-air Aug. 27, and will begin co-anchoring the morning newscast alongside John Pastorek starting Aug. 29.

Dixon will take over the reins from Whitney Vann, who has co-anchored 2une In for the last 17 years. It is the longest anyone has hosted a morning show in Baton Rouge, according to WBRZ.

Dixon previously was an anchor at KXII Sherman, Texas. She is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism and a minor in political science.
