Matrix Names Achuth Rao Product Mgt. Director

Matrix Solutions, a provider of media CRM and sales analytics, today named Achuth Rao director of product management.

Achuth has 15 years of product management expertise, specifically within software portfolios. Earlier this month Matrix Solutions announced a strategic partnership with Main Line Equity Partners to help position its Web-based platform for next-stage growth.

In his new role, Rao will lead the product team in creating new products and enhancing the Matrix customer experience.

Prior to joining Matrix Solutions, Rao most recently was the director, product management and marketing for the CRM software portfolio at Campus Management. He also was VP, product management for Eka Software; senior product manager for Yahoo; and senior product line manager at AMD.

He holds an MBA in business administration and management from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business as well as a Ph.D. in mechanical engineering from Texas A&M University.
