Matrix Solutions Announces Realignment

Matrix Solutions, a provider of CRM and sales management software, today announced an organizational realignment. The move, the company says is designed to “improve performance, create new opportunities and better assist their customers in achieving business success.”

Over the past year, Matrix has focused on developing and deploying its new Web-based Matrix CRM and Sales Management Software System and its mobile version to over 3,000 users this year alone. It has hired George Sens as its new director of sales to lead the sales team both the broadcast media as well as expanding into adjacent media markets.

Sens has a background in sales, sales management and product and service innovation, specifically CRM and business ownership.

Ancillary to the sales department, the client services department will focus on improving tools and services that aid their customer’s business success. Matrix said it is actively hiring and expanding this department, which will include a combination of  support, project and success managers.
