The former news director of WFFF-WVNY Burlington, Vt., is tapped to oversee news operations at Raycom’s ABC affiliate in Columbus, Ga., as well as WTVM there, run by Raycom under an SSA.

Rosen Named WTVM News/Content Director
Raycom Media-owned ABC affiliate WTVM Columbus, Ga. (DMA 127), has appointed Mark Rosen news and content director. He will also oversee news content for WXTX, American Spirit Media’s Fox affiliate, which is managed by WTVM under a shared services agreement.
He joins WTVM from WFFF-WVNY Burlington, Vt., where he has been the news director for the last two years.
Prior to his work in Burlington, Rosen was the news director of WJBF in his hometown of Augusta, Ga., from 2000 to 2009, where he also managed the news product under a shared services agreement for WAGT Augusta from 2009 through 2016. His news experience also includes producer and executive producer roles.
Rosen is a graduate of Mercer University in Macon, Ga., where he received his degree in English and broadcasting.
