Troy Hayden Named KSAZ Phoenix Morning Anchor

Troy Hayden has been appointed anchor of FOX 10 AZ AM on Fox O&O KSAZ Phoenix (DMA 12).

Effective Aug. 2, he will co-anchor the show from 7 to 10 a.m. alongside Andrea Robinson, Syleste Rodriguez, Ron Hoon and Cory McCloskey. Hayden will also co-anchor the FOX 10 News @ Noon with Syleste Rodriguez and Cory McCloskey.

Hayden has been with KSAZ for 22 years. In 1994, he began as a morning news anchor, before making the transition to weekend evening anchor and weekday reporter.

In 1999, he became the 10 p.m. weeknight anchor, then expanded his role to also solo anchor the 6 p.m. news when it was launched in 2006.

Hayden came to KSAZ from KRNV in Reno, Nev.
