Vanessa Richardson Joins WLWT As Traffic Anchor
Hearst-owned NBC affiliate WLWT Cincinnati (DMA 36) has hired Vanessa Richardson as morning traffic anchor.
She is a native of Terre Haute, Ind., and comes to Cincinnati from Indianapolis, where she had a variety of on-air personality roles. She was an in-game emcee for both the Indiana Pacers and the Indianapolis Indians, and worked in the digital department at WTHR.
Richardson also delivered entertainment reports and was the sports correspondent for the nationally syndicated Bob and Tom Show.
She is a graduate of the University of Indianapolis.
