WFOR Names Rudabeh Shahbazi Morning Anchor
CBS-owned WFOR Miami (DMA 16) today announced that Rudabeh Shahbazi will join CBS 4 News This Morning (weekdays 5-7 a.m.) beginning Monday, Aug. 3.
Shahbazi was most recently a multimedia journalist and fill-in anchor at KABC Los Angeles. Prior to that, she was a multimedia journalist at KNXV Phoenix, where she received a regional Emmy Award for reporting. She has also worked in Pasco, Wash., and Oakland, Calif.
Shahbazi received her undergraduate degree in journalism at Pepperdine University and earned her master’s degree from the University of California, Berkley Graduate School of Journalism.
