WJZY Adds Benjamin Hoover To News Staff
Benjamin Hoover has joined the Good Day Carolinas team at Fox-owned WJZY Charlotte, N.C. (DMA 24). Effective Jan. 19, Hoover will serve as digital journalist and anchor alongside Page Crawford, Erick Weber, Nick Kosir and Chuck Roads.
Most recently, Hoover was weekday evening anchor, reporter and host at WIS Columbia, S.C. Prior to that, he was an anchor and reporter for WHNS Greenville, S.C. Hoover previously worked as an anchor and reporter for WMAZ Macon, Ga.
A graduate of the University of Cincinnati, Hoover has a Bachelor of Arts in electronic media.
