WLS Chicago Adds Reporter Laura Thoren
Laura Thoren will join the ABC-owned WLS Chicago (DMA 3) as a daily reporter beginning Aug. 31.
Most recently, Thoren was at Hearst-owned KOAT Albuquerque, N.M., having served as a reporter and fill-in anchor at the station since 2013. Prior to that she worked at News 12/The Bronx (New York City) where one of her stories was featured on CNN.
She was an Andrew Carnegie Scholar and graduated from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh.
