WMAR Baltimore Launches Bounce TV
E.W. Scripps-owned ABC affiliate WMAR Baltimore (DMA 27) is now offering the African-American multicast network Bounce TV on its 2.3 subchannel.
“This will present an exciting opportunity for the Baltimore area,” said Bill Hooper, WMAR VP-general manager. “Adding Bounce TV to WMAR’s signal will not only provide solid African-American featured programming to our over-the-air viewers, but will also offer local businesses the ability to target this demographic in a way that was never before possible in Baltimore.”
On cable, Bounce TV continues to air on Comcast ch. 203, and Verizon Fios ch. 459.
