Broadcast and multimedia marketing veteran Mike Guerrieri joins the NBC O&O from KPRC Houston.
WTVJ Names Guerrieri Creative Services VP
NBC-owned WTVJ Miami (DMA 16) has appointed Mike Guerrieri vice president of creative services. Guerrieri will lead the station’s on-air and off-air marketing efforts, as well as community outreach and programming.
He will report directly to Larry Olevitch, WTVJ president-GM. His first day will be June 12.
“Mike has extensive experience in developing and executing outstanding marketing campaigns that help to connect local audiences with valuable information and resources,” said Olevitch. “We are very excited for Mike to join our team.”
Guerrieri has nearly 20 years of experience in broadcast and multimedia marketing at stations across the country. He joins WTVJ after working as the VP and director of creative services at KPRC Houston since 2010.
Previously, Guerrieri held various executive roles in marketing and local programming for television stations in Jacksonville, Fla.; Detroit; and Hartford, Conn.
Guerrieri earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Connecticut and has served as chairman of the NBC Station Marketing Council Committee since 2014.
