NBCU’s Hispanic Enterprises Names New HR VP

NBCUniversal’s Hispanic Enterprises and Content announced the promotion of Lleni Sandoval to VP, human resources. She will continue to be based in Miami and report to Enrique Caballero, SVP, human resources, Hispanic Enterprises and Content.

In her new role, Sandoval, who was formerly human resources director, will act as an internal consultant for delivery of team building activities across the organization and will oversee employee onboarding, benefits communication, payroll transactions and other administrative developments.

In coordination with the NBCUniversal talent development team, Sandoval will also aid in the development of the leadership pipeline, employee value propositions and branding, along with employee survey response strategies. Additionally, she will provide HR support for NBC Universo, NBC Deportes and local corporate functions. 

Sandoval first joined the company in 1996 overseeing daily operations of Universal Studios Hollywood’s Entertainment Center live shows, rides and attractions. Since then, she has held several human resources positions within the company, including human resources manager, Universal Studios Hollywood, and human resources manager, Telemundo/NBC Universo. Sandoval holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a human resources management certificate from University of California, Los Angeles.
