TVN Celebrates Women In Technology

RTDNA Announces Regional Murrow Winners

The awards recognize the best electronic journalism produced by radio, television and online news organizations around the world. RTDNA awarded 654 regional Edward R. Murrow Awards in 14 categories, including Overall Excellence, Breaking News, Investigative Reporting and Website. In the large market television category, KING Seattle led the way with nine Murrows, while WISC Madison, Wis., took home eight Murrows, the most in the small market television category.

Peabody Awards Set First Group Of Winners

WTAE Pittsburgh, WXIA Atlanta and WMAQ Chicago are the station winners included in the first batch of 10 winners from its inaugural Peabody 30 winners for 2016.

Keegan-Michael Key To Host Peabody Awards

Key & Peele star Keegan-Michael Key will host the 2016 Peabody Awards ceremony gala. The 75th Peabody Awards will be held on the evening of Saturday, May 21, at Cipriani Wall Street in New York, and this year’s ceremony will usher in a number of changes for the event. For the first time, the jurors will select 60 finalists, which will be announced on April 12. From those 60, a group of 30 winners — The Peabody 30 — will be chosen and revealed in a succession of announcements by category, beginning on April 19.
