The CBS affiliate dropped a noon newscast three years ago. The new broadcast will debut Sept. 15 and will be anchored by Jocelyn Connell, with Jim Loznicka providing weather. At 12:30 p.m., the station will debut Atlanta Unplugged, a local lifestyle show hosted by Parker Wallace.
