NBC Sports Philadelphia & PointsBet Partner On New Series Of 76ers Sports-Betting Experiences

NBC Sports Philadelphia, NBC Sports Philadelphia Plus and PointsBet are partnering to present a series of sports-betting presentations – titled BetCast – covering the Philadelphia 76ers this season, and expanding upon the collaboration that tipped off with dual-market coverage of the 76ers vs. Chicago Bulls on March 7.

The 76ers BetCast schedule includes four games on NBC Sports Philadelphia Plus, beginning this Friday, Dec. 2, when the 76ers face the Grizzlies in Memphis at 8 p.m. ET. Other 76ers BetCast games are expected to include Dec. 21 vs. Detroit, Jan. 30 vs. Orlando and March 6 at Indiana.

Last month, PointsBet and NBC Sports Chicago announced a four-game Bulls BetCast series.

The BetCast coverage delivers on-screen live odds data powered by PointsBet – including Spread, Over/Under and moving Money Lines – along with futures odds and player props. The coverage also includes alternate announcers, who will provide sports-betting commentary and analysis throughout the game.

This week’s BetCast debut will feature NBC Sports Philadelphia host Michael Barkann and 76ers analyst Jim Lynam, along with Jay Croucher, lead betting analyst for NBC Sports, who previously served as head oddsmaker for PointsBet.

BetCast viewers can download the PointsBet app and select ‘Live Same Game Parlay’ options to place bets while tracking odds, player performance and team stats in real-time. Viewers also have the chance to get closer to the action by tapping into NBA Lightning Bets, which include markets such as “Team To Score Next Point” and “Next Minute Both Teams To Score.” During the 2022 NBA Playoffs, Lightning Bets were the second most-popular market for customers to bet on with an average stake size of over $100.

BRAND CONNECTIONS

Viewers can engage with the BetCast on social media by following along and interacting with @NBCSPhilly and @PointsBetUSA on Twitter.

In addition to last season’s dual-market presentation, NBC Sports Philadelphia has provided BetCast coverage of select Philadelphia 76ers games since April 2019.

NBC Sports EDGE, part of the NBC Sports portfolio will continue to provide content highlighting the players and storylines impacting the NBA season across NBC Sports digital platforms.

Therefore, it is better to choose a sport close in spirit, and most importantly – which you understand. This will allow you to bet not only on victory, defeat or a draw. Analysis of the game allows you to take a deeper look at the situation and make a profitable bet. I advise you to learn more useful about it here https://www.fcalc.net/
