Jeff Kolb Joins KDFW Dallas As Sports Reporter

Fox-owned KDFW Dallas (DMA 5) today hired Jeff Kolb as a sports reporter.

Effective May 28, he will report for various station newscasts including Free 4 All, the station’s live, weeknight 10:30 p.m. show hosted by Mike Doocy and Samantha Gannon. The program features a mix of sports, opinion, personality and viewers.

Most recently, Kolb was sports anchor, reporter, producer and photographer at KOKI Tulsa, Okla. Prior to that, he was a sports anchor and reporter at WJAR Providence, R.I., and previously, WBKB Alpena, Mich.

A graduate of Emerson College, Kolb holds a Bachelor of Science degree in broadcast journalism with a minor in marketing communications.
