OTTera & TV5Monde Partner to Launch Their First FAST Channels On Tarfeeh TV

TV5Monde and OTTera, a provider of OTT applications and FAST channel solutions, unveiled a partnership to launch two FAST channels on Tarfeeh TV in the MENA region (Middle East and Northern Africa). The announcement was made today at the GITEX event in Dubai.

The two channels will be launched on Tarfeeh TV by the end of the year. Tarfeeh TV is a joint venture between OTTera and SAWA Rights Management. Tarfeeh TV is the first pure FAST platform available worldwide and targeted for the MENA region with curated free ad-supported television channels.

TV5Monde Voyage will offer a curated selection of lifestyle series and programs covering trends, travel, fashion, design and more. Simultaneously, the second channel will immerse audiences in the culinary world, celebrating the art of chefs and emphasizing food and gastronomy with shows including Papilles and Epicerie Fine. To ensure accessibility for a wider audience, both channels will feature programming with Arabic subtitles.
