Teal Jennings Joins KWWL News
QNI-owned NBC affiliate KWWL Cedar Rapids-Warterloo, Iowa (DMA 90), has hired Teal Jennings to join Jason Carter and Eileen Loan on Today In Iowa as well as anchoring News at Noon. Her first day will be April 30.
Jennings began her career in Eastern Iowa and was on the front lines in reporting on the devastating floods of 2008, as well as the historic immigration raid on the Agriprocessor’s plant in Postville. Jennings comes to KWWL most recently from financial reporting with Bloomberg Television in Chicago.
Jennings holds a master’s degree in journalism from Columbia University.
