WBOC Salisbury, Md., Adds Antenna TV

Draper Holdings-owned CBS affiliate WBOC Salisbury, Md. (DMA 142), is launching  the classic TV diginet Antenna TV on Dec. 17 on its 16.2 subchannel and Comcast ch. 207. It’s branding the channel WBOC Classics.

“We are thrilled to offer our viewers wholesome, family entertainment on WBOC Classics,” says WBOC GM Craig Jahelka. “These are the shows we grew up with.  Ones we can now share with our children.”

Jahelka says the programming will include shows including Green Acres, Bewitched, Mister Ed, Flipper, All in Family, The Monkees, The Patridge Family, I Dream of Jeannie, The Patty Duke Show, Dennis The Menace, Sanford and Son, McHale’s Navy and other classics.  A full program schedule is available at antennatv.tv.

At launch, WBOC Classics will be available free, over the air on or on Comcast Cable in Wicomico, Somerset, Dorchester, Worcester and Sussex counties.  “We hope other cable companies here on Delmarva will soon agree to carry WBOC Classics,” Jahelka says.
