WFLD’s Morning Newscast Now Begins At 4 A.M.

Effective Monday, April 10, WLFD Chicago’s Good Day Chicago will begin at 4 a.m. The program will now run from 4  to 10 a.m. With this addition, the Fox O&O now produces 51 hours of local news per week.

Kristin Nicole and Natalie Bomke will anchor the expansion of the morning newscast, with Mike Caplan tracking the weather and Jenny Milkowski reporting on traffic.

Dennis Welsh, WFLD VP-GM, said: “The expansion to six hours of local news every morning is just another step in Fox 32’s commitment to providing our viewers local news when they need it, both on-air and digitally.”
