The new syndicated talk show now has been sold in 90% of the U.S. for a Sept. 16 launch.
Sony Pictures Television (SPT) announced today that The Mel Robbins Show, its new one-hour syndicated talk show with Mel Robbins as host, has been picked up by Nexstar Media Group.
Last fall, SPT aligned with Tribune Media to launch the program, and with the addition of Nexstar Media Group, the show will clear 90% of U.S. television households.
The list of station groups joining Nexstar Media Group and Tribune Media in carrying the show includes CBS, Cox, Hubbard Broadcasting, Meredith Corp., Scripps and Weigel Broadcasting. The Mel Robbins Show will debut in syndication on Sept. 16.

Daytime TV veteran and three-time Emmy winner, Mindy Borman will be executive producer. Borman previously launched and was executive producer on The Dr. Oz Show, which remains the highest-rated syndicated talk show launch in a decade. Prior to that, Borman was a producer on The View and Good Morning America.
