KNTV Adds Sara Bueno To Lead Integrated Media

NBC-owned KNTV San Francisco (DMA 6) announced today that Sara Bueno will be joining the station as director of integrated media effective Oct. 24. Bueno will have editorial responsiblity for NBCBayArea.com, as well as the station’s mobile apps and social media platforms.

Bueno joins KNTV from KGO San Francisco where she spent the past several years leading the editorial direction of the station’s website and digital platforms.

Prior to her most recent position at KGO Bueno served there as an assignment editor and Web producer. She also worked for Yahoo’s FinanceVision, a live financial news and interactive webcast.

Bueno’s work in digital media has earned her an Emmy for Outstanding Achievement in Interactivity and an APTRA Mark Twain for Best Blog.
